poor service

After 20 minutes waiting when has been told that will be waiting just 10 minutes called one more time and has been informed that drivers hasn't been assigned was waiting for taxi for over 30 minutes, taxi driver didn't came at the end and he even didn't know address where he should come and pick me up and all directions has been passer to advispr on the first call Insolent advisor on the phone didn't listen. Never use again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
